




We are a company dedicated to the sale, rental, and repair of KYOCERA brand printers and copiers. Location: Calle La Merced 703, Chapalita, 44500 Guadalajara, Jal. Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 6:00 pm Saturdays 9:00 am to 1:00 pm Availability: Immediate Main Responsibilities: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on printers, copiers, and multifunction devices. * Diagnose and repair hardware and software technical failures related to printing equipment. * Install, configure, and update drivers, networks, and associated software for the equipment. * Train users on the proper use of the equipment. * Meet the response times and service quality standards established by the company. Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience in printer or office equipment maintenance and repair (Kyocera, HP, Ricoh, Canon, etc.). * Knowledge of basic networking (network connectivity, TCP/IP protocols, network printing configuration). * Education: Technical degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or related field. * Valid driver’s license (MANDATORY).
