We are seeking a Senior Configuration Consultant responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing the organization's software systems, ensuring their proper operation, stability, and alignment with business strategic objectives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in: Administrative, Social, Financial, Information Technology, or related fields Certifications (MANDATORY) Both of the following are required: SCRUM Fundamentals or SAFe DevOps ISTQB Foundation Experience Minimum 4 years of continuous experience in: CMDB updates and administration Use of tools such as Micro Focus UCMDB or ServiceNow CMDB Participation within the last 24 months in UCMDB upgrade projects at: Public sector organizations or technology service providers Technical Knowledge Micro Focus UCMDB ServiceNow CMDB Key Responsibilities Assess business needs to propose the optimal technological solution. Install, configure, and deploy systems and software. Adjust system parameters to align with organizational processes and objectives. Maintain and optimize systems to improve performance, efficiency, and data management. Provide ongoing technical support, resolve incidents, and manage updates.
