We are looking for: COLLECTION MANAGER Position objective: Carry out the recovery of the company's overdue portfolio through administrative and extrajudicial procedures. WE OFFER: * Base salary $9,500 net * Guaranteed bonus equal to the net base salary for the first month * Grocery vouchers: 7% of net salary * NET BONUSES Responsibilities: * Recovery of overdue accounts * Plan, organize, and execute actions to collect payments on overdue accounts * Generate credit recovery reports and participate in decision-making regarding account collections * Follow-up on customer payments * Visit clients' homes who have outstanding debts * Conduct negotiations with debtor partners to reach a mutually beneficial agreement Requirements: * High school education * Interest in fieldwork * OWN VEHICLE REQUIRED * Experience in collections * Flexible schedule availability
