Their main function is to **lead, supervise, and optimize daily store activities**, guaranteeing a positive customer experience and achieving results. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise staff and daily operations. * Meet sales targets and control inventories. * Resolve incidents and maintain a positive work environment. * Reporting results and monitoring indicators. **Requirements:** * Minimum \>2 years of experience in similar positions with personnel under supervision (retail or sales). * Partial bachelor's degree or related technical education * Leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
