Maintain a maximum non-conformance (NC) rate of returned kilograms at 1%. Ensure fleet operational availability at 85% (including maintenance and drivers), i.e., at least 12 out of 14 units operational. Generate quarterly savings through strategies implemented with suppliers, training programs, supervision, etc., reducing fleet maintenance costs from 0.14% to 0.05%. Reduce average inventory days to 33.02 and lower storage costs. Ensure warehouse safety and proper product preservation through audits, achieving a 90%–95% compliance rate. Ensure accurate product custody and 100% quantity accuracy through weekly random inventories and monthly full inventories. Reduce monthly end-of-month inventory balances in the warehouse; no products should remain in inventory for more than 100 days. **Requirements:** --------------- Experience managing personnel and operational areas (warehousing, distribution, billing, and maintenance).
