Ensure correct packaging materials are available and personal protective equipment (PPE) is complete and in good condition; understand and follow all safety procedures. Request assistance from your Supervisor when needed. * Verify that the production line is properly configured per filling and packaging instructions. Adjust the line as necessary or request support from the Supervisor or Maintenance Technician. * Continuously operate filling and packaging equipment, which may include: fillers, labelers, cappers, tape machines, barcode coders, inkjet printers, hand tools, sealers, palletizers, and cap presses. Adjust equipment to control weight, closures, or other parameters per specifications. * Perform all line operations, including loading empty containers, labeling, filling, capping, generating barcodes, sampling, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and other related tasks. * Actively participate in Kaizen events, 5S initiatives, and special projects. * Continuously identify opportunities to eliminate waste in systems and processes. * Accurately and promptly complete and document quality and productivity measurements—including weight checks and basic quality tests—and record results on paper or computer. * Meet or exceed filling and packaging assignment standards. * Support line changeovers, including collecting wash water. * Maintain a clean and safe work environment. **Position Details:** * **Location:** Plant in Cuautitlán Izcalli. * **Schedule:** Full-time. **Minimum Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent. * One year of experience in a plant or warehouse setting. * Ability to use basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division of whole numbers, fractions, percentages, and decimals). * Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. **Physical Requirements:** * Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds. * Pass physical examination and drug test. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Ability to successfully complete training and master job-required skills (including, but not limited to, hazardous materials safety and DOT training). * Understanding and tracking of safety, quality, and productivity data (e.g., production rates, fill weights, averages). * Mechanical aptitude. * Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Continuous Improvement Systems. * Strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and ability to work well in a team. * Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job. **Our Commitment to a Culture of Inclusion & Belonging** Ecolab is committed to fair and equal treatment of associates and applicants and furthering the principles of Equal Opportunity to Employment.
