




**Position Objective** Attract, evaluate, and select the best candidates aligned with the culture and needs of Conektalent's clients, ensuring effective, timely, and high-quality recruitment processes that strengthen organizations' human capital. **Experience** * 2 to 3 years of experience in recruitment and personnel selection. * Desired experience in human resources consulting or recruitment agencies. * Experience in competency-based interviews, psychometric testing, and candidate screening. * Experience managing recruitment processes for various job levels (operational, administrative, mid-level, and managerial). **Knowledge** * Familiarity with job portals (Indeed, OCC, LinkedIn, Computrabajo, among others). * Use of talent attraction tools and active sourcing (hunting). * Competency-based interviews and STAR techniques. * Basic application and interpretation of psychometric tests. * Knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. **Activities** * Gathering job profiles from clients. * Posting and distributing job openings across various platforms and professional networks. * Attracting talent through active sourcing and networking. * Conducting initial interviews, competency-based interviews, and psychometric screenings. * Presenting shortlisted candidates to clients. * Following up with candidates throughout the selection and hiring process. * Providing prompt customer and candidate service. * Assisting with administrative tasks. **We Offer:** * Base salary plus commissions and performance bonuses * Additional benefits * Christmas bonus, profit sharing, vacation pay * Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:30 pm (Hybrid Model) * Ongoing training * Jardines del Sol Job type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
