Therefore, we invite you to participate in our recruitment process to join us as an **Intra-Wall Security Officer**. **EDUCATION:** Minimum completed junior high school (CERTIFICATE MANDATORY). **WORK EXPERIENCE** 1 year in similar roles (private security, intra-wall security, or institutional surveillance). **OTHER REQUIREMENTS** * Knowledge of and ability to apply institutional security protocols. * Proper handling of logs, operational instructions, and incident report preparation. * Familiarity with basic security regulations, human rights, and dignified treatment standards. * Availability to work rotating shifts (24 x 24\). * Service-oriented attitude and respectful conduct toward staff, visitors, and suppliers. **CORE COMPETENCIES:** * Responsibility and adherence to regulations. * Observation and attention to detail. * Ability to react under pressure. * Professionalism and discretion. * Teamwork. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Maintain intra-wall order and security by implementing preventive and deterrent measures. * Supervise access control for people, vehicles, and goods in accordance with internal protocols. * Promptly detect, respond to, and escalate risk situations or incidents. * Execute containment actions during assaults, conflicts, or disturbances of order. * Comply with security instructions assigned by institutional supervisors. * Monitor compliance with regulations by staff, visitors, and suppliers. **SALARY** Monthly gross compensation of $9,500\.00, plus benefits exceeding statutory requirements. **BENEFITS** Additional income beyond your salary: * Transportation and uniform allowance. * Grocery vouchers.
