The Wine Corner by Vinesp is a unique space located in Nuevo Vallarta, Rivera Nayarit, conceived to offer high-quality and diverse wines from around the world, as well as delight guests’ palates with culinary creations by the in-house Chef. We are seeking a **Bartender/Server** to join our current guest service team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design and prepare signature and classic cocktails. * Prepare cocktails. * Attend to and advise guests. * Supervise and maintain bar inventory. * Set up and clean the bar area. * Participate in training and professional development. * Collaborate in designing seasonal or special menus. * Create memorable bar experiences. * Provide guest service. * Serve wine. **Requirements and Knowledge:** * Wine service techniques: opening, basic decanting, glassware handling. * Classic and contemporary mixology. * Preparation of signature cocktails. * Use and pairing of wines, sparkling wines, and spirits in cocktail preparation. * Bar service techniques (shaking, stirring, muddling, layering, flaming, etc.). * Inventory management and control for the bar. * Hygiene and safety standards for handling beverages and glassware. * Basic principles of food and wine pairing. * Availability to work rotating shifts (12:30 PM – 8:30 PM / 4:30 PM – 12:30 AM). * Conversational English level B1 (preferred but not mandatory). **We Offer:** * Base salary + tips. * Statutory benefits. * Complimentary uniforms. * Training. * Positive work environment.
