Responsibilities: vehicle reception and delivery, quotation for car wash services, effective customer service, personnel management and coordination, schedule control, keeping the workplace clean and organized, maintaining necessary supplies in the washing area, resolving customer complaints and ensuring service quality, supervising that car wash and detailing are performed timely and properly, keeping work equipment in order and reporting anomalies.
