Join our team! **Benefits for selected employees include**: * Direct hiring by the company. * Base salary * Statutory benefits: IMSS, vacation time, vacation bonus, Christmas bonus. * Life insurance + death benefit support * Continuous training through an online platform with over 15,000 courses available in multiple languages. * Remote psychological, medical, nutritional, legal, financial, and veterinary counseling * Wellhub: Corporate wellness program offering access to gyms, online classes, nutritionists, and more. * Annual Target Bonus **What this job entails:** This role is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSSE) program across one or multiple operational sites. * **Work location**: La Barca, Jalisco * **Work schedule**: Rotating shifts: + 1st shift from 6 AM to 2 PM + 2nd shift from 2 PM to 10 PM + 3rd shift from 10 PM to 6 AM Monday through Saturday. * **Gross Monthly Salary: $35,000 \- 37,000** * **Work mode**: On-site **What does your day-to-day look like?** Provide advisory support in purchasing appropriate tools and PPE required for job execution, always protecting and optimizing company resources * Provide support from your area to optimize costs and meet KPI savings targets Coordinate compliance with the safety program for activities and services performed by JLL's vendors * Validate risk assessments for activities, maintenance, and services to be performed by vendors * Verify and monitor HSSE training for vendors Coordinate the implementation of best HSSE practices * Plan and coordinate site inspections and evaluations to ensure all safety and hygiene procedures are maintained at all times * Schedule and conduct walkthroughs of teams and sites under your responsibility to identify areas for improvement, opportunities, and/or HSSE deficiencies * Participate and collaborate in the reception of HSSE projects carried out by vendors * Implement and follow up on risk assessments for personnel under your supervision * Coordinate HSSE training for JLL staff within teams under your responsibility * Supervise high-risk activities * Schedule evaluation and monitoring of routine activities performed by personnel under your supervision * Follow up on issues, maintenance, work, and services related to Fire Protection Systems (FPS) as applicable under the contract from the HSSE department **Desired Experience and Technical Skills** * Industrial Engineer, Environmental Engineer, or related field * Previous experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or related field preferred * Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements, critical facilities, and vendor management for specialized services * Experience understanding basic technical aspects of property (HVAC in communication rooms, IDF, MDF or site, cooling systems, FPS systems, mechanical and electrical systems, BMS system) * Knowledge of regulations, Civil Protection, Semarnat, STPS * DC5 certification to deliver training courses (desirable) * Six Sigma certification (desirable) * Tri-norma certification (desirable) 1\-3 years of experience in property safety and hygiene, hospitality, or related fields.
