




* Plan and assign daily activities to manufacturing personnel (welders, assemblers, cutters, painters, etc.). * Supervise the correct interpretation of drawings, isometric diagrams, and project technical specifications. * Ensure that cutting, assembly, welding, and finishing processes are carried out according to established procedures. * Verify the dimensional and visual quality of fabricated parts before sending them to assembly or dispatch. * Control the proper use of tools, equipment, and materials, optimizing resources. * Coordinate with engineering, quality control, procurement, and logistics to ensure continuous production flow. * Identify deviations and implement corrective actions to maintain quality and productivity standards. * Record daily production progress and report indicators to the production supervisor or management. * Ensure strict compliance with industrial safety regulations and use of PPE. * Train personnel in good manufacturing practices and internal procedures.
