Frostland Fruits is looking for your talent as a **Quality and Food Safety Analyst** Coordinate the implementation of quality policies and develop, supervise, and control plant processes to ensure alignment with the company's quality policy, consistently contributing to continuous improvement by automating and innovating processes related to customer service. **Functions:** 1\. Review and monitor that processes and systems comply with defined standards. 2\. Propose improvements to management procedures for requirements that directly or indirectly affect customers. 3\. Perform quality assurance for the company's products. 4\. Analyze test results and propose improvement opportunities. 5\. Ensure product quality through sampling, both at the time of raw material receipt and during processing. 6\. Interpret results obtained from performed analyses. 7\. Develop the Testing Plan for Quality Control. 8\.\- Work schedule from 7:00am to 4:00pm **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or engineering in food processing or related field. * Availability of time. * Proficiency with numbers. * Knowledge of information technologies. * Responsible, honest, organized, positive attitude. * Experience in quality area within BERRIES. * Experience in Food Safety. * Experience managing logs. * Desired experience in HACCP, SQF, Global GAP, KOSHER. **We Offer:** * Job stability. * Statutory benefits. * Competitive salary.
