Teamwork with willingness to learn At Grupo Morales, we seek a committed and proactive Yard Assistant who supports the area's operational activities, ensuring proper handling of vehicles, tools, and tires, as well as yard order and cleanliness. Responsibilities: - Vehicle ramping - Tire signaling and marking - Support in tasks assigned by the tire technician or suspension technician - Tracking assigned tasks within the area - Maintaining cleanliness and order in work areas - Care and maintenance of assigned tools - Compressor purging - Support in general yard activities Basic Knowledge: - Tool usage and handling - Basic driving knowledge - Basic knowledge of suspension and tires Requirements: - Experience in similar activities (preferred) - Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn - Teamwork orientation We Offer: - Weekly salary of $2,240 + 5% weekly yard commission - Monthly attendance and punctuality bonus of $400 - Statutory benefits - Job stability - Ongoing training - Growth opportunities. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Primary education Less than 1 year of experience Keywords: assistant, auxiliary, aux, assistant, helper, aide
