We are seeking a Technical Services Coordinator. **Requirements** Education: Bachelor’s degree Experience: Minimum of 2 years in this field (mandatory) Basic knowledge: Maintenance of heavy construction machinery and/or elevators (optional) Customer-oriented attitude **Responsibilities:** 1. Interact with customers to identify and schedule required services. 2. Organize and manage assigned personnel to attend various service calls. 3. Plan service routes, assign work schedules, and allocate materials to ensure the department fulfills all requested services. 4. Possess knowledge of electric and combustion-powered elevators to accurately assess customer needs and provide targeted solutions. 5. Possess knowledge of heavy machinery used in the construction industry to accurately assess customer needs and provide targeted solutions. 6. Maintain control over corrective and preventive maintenance activities. 7. Monitor and manage personnel incidents within the department. 8. Generate and request materials required for service delivery. 9. Request necessary resources to enable department staff to perform on-site services. 10. Prepare relevant reports for the department.
