Additionally, serve as the direct communication channel between the Human Resources department and employees, attending to their daily needs and maintaining accurate control over employee status and records within the company. \- Act as the liaison between employees and the Human Resources department, handling daily requests for information or support. \- Control, distribute, and monitor the use of lockers. \- Control, distribute, and monitor the use of employee uniforms. \- Work together with the Human Resources Manager to manage staff vacations, scheduling them according to operational needs. \- Keep all employee records updated and current. \- Monitor the phone designated for Human Resources, responding to messages regarding information requests and job applications. \- Perform the initial screening of resumes and job applications, verifying that candidates are not already in the job pool and that they meet the requirements of the positions they are applying for. \- Create and distribute promotional materials and job postings approved by the Human Resources Manager through various communication channels, depending on the vacancy. \- Support the organization of training sessions, arranging event orders when coffee breaks are required and preparing budgets for approval by the Human Resources Manager. \- Evaluate the results of such trainings and present a Weekly Report. \- Generate content for the monthly newsletter and internal communications. \- Assist in coordinating monthly birthday celebrations and employee recognition events. \- Provide uniforms to all staff and verify compliance with uniform standards. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Psychology / or related field.
