Administer and execute comprehensive HR processes, ensuring compliance with current labor legislation, human talent development, and a positive organizational climate. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Execute **recruitment and selection** processes for operational, administrative, and technical personnel. * Submit requests for employee **registrations, cancellations, and transfers** to the Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS), as well as physical and digital personnel files. * Monitor and track **employment contracts**, renewals, and final settlements. * Manage attendance incidents, vacation schedules, and leave requests. * Ensure compliance with the **Federal Labor Law** and applicable regulations. * Coordinate **onboarding, training, and performance evaluation** processes. * Support initiatives related to **organizational climate, internal communication, and corporate culture**. * Handle labor relations and follow up on personnel conflicts or incidents. * Prepare HR metrics reports (turnover, absenteeism, vacancy coverage).
