Supervise shift activities under your responsibility by monitoring and analyzing information from different process areas and various maintenance activities, efficiently ensuring compliance with instructions and the proper operation and maintenance of equipment, as well as establishing priorities in addressing breakdowns or incidents, with appropriate resource allocation and effective coordination of on-shift personnel, ensuring product output within specifications for quantity, quality, and cost, while promoting a harmonious and safe working environment.

* Strictly follow safety regulations for machine startup and shutdown, ensuring prior to startup that the machine is available, no personnel are working on it, and maintenance has confirmed availability if the machine was previously shut down for maintenance.
* Initiate emergency shutdown whenever uncertainty arises that could pose a risk to personnel or equipment, especially if normal shutdown procedures cannot be applied.
* Strive to minimize environmental impacts from operations and processes.
