**Logistics Operations Test Engineer** Hybrid: One day per week in the office Schedule: 3 options (7 AM–4 PM, 8 AM–5 PM, or 9 AM–6 PM) Address: Av. del Bosque 1225-A, Parque Industrial El Bosque II, Colonia Las Pintas, 45590 San Pedro Tlaquepaque, Jal. **Objective:** * Supervise and execute system testing processes, ensuring activities are designed and executed in accordance with processes, plans, and best practices, efficiently leveraging available tools to guarantee deliverable quality. **Key Responsibilities:** ***Planning and Design*** * Analyze, review, and plan logistics operations and partial and end-to-end material shipment operations. * Document logistics process flows. * Document business rules and relevant processes. * Propose improvements and new developments. ***Execution and Supervision*** * Execute functional tests for general logistics processes, using SAP and TestRail to record tests for all operations. * Supervise test execution according to established plans (timeline, effort, cost). * Identify, log, and track incidents. * Apply current and innovative testing techniques, including AI-based solutions to improve efficiency and coverage. * Ensure timely and proper fulfillment of requests. ***Management and Communication*** * Communicate relevant test information to the project team (Development, PM, ERN, Users). * Actively participate in project meetings to document agreements and new processes. * Generate test result reports and incident tracking reports. * Maintain ongoing communication with the client to track reported incidents. * Assign and monitor activities related to incident resolution. * Prepare deliverables and ensure their quality. * Collaborate with the development team to validate solutions. * Manage human and technical resources assigned to the testing process. * Maintain the test knowledge base. **Requirements:** * Industrial Engineering, Logistics and Transportation Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 2 years’ experience managing projects and performing testing. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in logistics or industrial operations using ERP systems. * End-to-end delivery of process and project documentation. * Delivery of metrics and operational visibility reports. * Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA. * Analytical ability. * Advanced knowledge of logistics processes. * Process documentation, tracking, and optimization. * Control of audit-ready documentation. * Metrics generation. * Agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban. * Tools: JIRA, Microsoft Office, SAP S/4HANA. * Management: Resources, projects, and risks. * B2+ English (conversational)
