




**POSITION: Customer Support Engineer for International Clients** **Location:** Pachuca, Hidalgo **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Job Description:** Provide technical-commercial support to international customers regarding electrical equipment and industrial instrumentation. Prepare quotations, track orders, communicate with suppliers, and use technical English at 100% proficiency. **Responsibilities:** * Attend to and follow up with foreign clients. * Prepare quotations and technical proposals. * Provide technical support for Terasaki, Sigtronic, VEGA, and Enerkeit products. * Manage orders, documentation, and international logistics. * Maintain constant communication with suppliers and distributors. **Requirements:** * Degree in Industrial, Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechatronic Engineering, or related field. * Full proficiency in English (spoken, written, and technical). * Experience in supporting international clients. * Knowledge of electrical equipment and instrumentation. **We Offer:** MXN $20,000 net per month MXN $2,000 dining allowance MXN $600 grocery vouchers + Statutory benefits + Major medical expense insurance Employment Type: Full-time Salary: MXN $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Major medical expense insurance Language: * English (Desirable) Workplace: On-site employment
