At Aztek Technologies, we are seeking a **Product Engineer** responsible for developing, updating, and ensuring the accuracy of engineering information for manufactured products. This position guarantees that customer requirements are met on time, as specified, and with maximum technical efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain technical documentation and engineering specifications according to customer requirements. * Create programs for **punching**, **laser cutting**, and other CNC operations. * **Operate machinery when required**: Press brakes, laser cutting machines, punching machines, welding equipment, and painting systems. * Manage project implementation using the **APQP** methodology, ensuring compliance with each of its phases. * Manage engineering changes and ensure that customer specifications are updated to their latest revision. * Lead analysis and feasibility assessments for new projects (sheet metal). * Develop **internal drawings** and blueprints required for product manufacturing. * Manage procurement and supply of new tooling for product launches. * Provide technical support to the production area to resolve engineering-related issues. * Update and improve **process routings**. * Develop controls and methods to increase production process efficiency. * Create **DXF and CAD files** for CNC machine programming. * Participate in problem-solving processes and closure of corrective actions. * Provide technical feedback on first-article manufactured parts to accurately update system data. **Essential Requirements:** * Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering, or related field. * **Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.** * Applied knowledge of **ISO 9001:2015**. * Experience in **sheet metal**, sheet metal fabrication, and feasibility analysis. * Working knowledge of **GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)**. * Experience in CNC processes, punching, and laser cutting. * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. * Engineering analysis, manufacturing expertise, and continuous improvement mindset.
