**Job Description:** IT Onsite Specialist: Job Description and Requirements: * Troubleshoot issues and provide technical expertise to ensure all operations run smoothly. * Strong troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills for hardware and software issues. * Work on multiple projects in a multicultural environment. * Collaborate with multiple levels of business and IT management while running projects. * Interpret business requirements and develop technical solutions to internal and external systems. * Resolve user queries and optimize our technology infrastructure to align with business goals. * Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware, software, and network administration systems. * Managing inventory for IT equipment and recommending necessary upgrades or replacements. * Conducting periodic system analysis and audits to ensure compliance with organizational IT standards. * Collaborating with other departments to understand technology requirements and integrate new technologies. Qualifications: * 3\-5 years of demonstrable experience as an IT specialist or in technical support, system analysis, network administration, or a related role. * Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and network technologies. * Knowledge of network administration protocols, firewalls, and IT security best practices. * Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud). * Understanding of cybersecurity principles and data protection practices. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with technical and non\-technical stakeholders and assist users with varying technical proficiency. * Ability to work independently or as part of a team to manage IT projects. • Attention to detail and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. • Familiarity with IT help desk systems and ticketing tools. * Experience working with virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper\-V. * Knowledge of ITIL frameworks for IT service management. * Working experience with technological database management systems (SQL, Oracle). * Experience with mobile device management (MDM) systems.
