As a Global Account Manager, you will serve as the key liaison with our top global accounts, leading strategic relationships and ensuring that our hotel partners enjoy the best possible commercial terms to grow with us. What will you do on a day-to-day basis? Build and strengthen relationships with hotels and strategic global accounts. Negotiate winning commercial terms: competitive pricing, availability, margins, and marketing agreements. Lead the end-to-end connectivity process and ensure efficient integration with our systems. Identify new product expansion opportunities based on market trends and demand. Analyze performance jointly with hotels and optimize commercial results. Achieve and exceed your budget targets (room-nights & revenue). Onboard new hotels into our portfolio and reduce sales leakage through third parties. Actively work to ensure price and availability parity across our B2C and B2B channels. Be responsible for signing key contracts and agreements with global accounts. What are we looking for in you? 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, revenue management, e-commerce, or strategic account management. Advanced English and Spanish proficiency—you’ll operate in a global environment! Strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and results orientation.
