TECHNICIANS IN COMPUTER SYSTEMS Job location: COLIMA, COLIMA · Education: Upper Secondary or Technical Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems, computing, or related field. · Level: Professional Technician or Professional Technical Bachelor's in Computer Science, Systems, or related field (Graduated or Intern) · Years of experience: 1 to 2 years Experience: · Network printer configuration · Configuration of scanner folders via SMB · Software installation · Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access) · Windows platforms · Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment · Preventive and corrective maintenance of laser and multifunction printers (NOT REQUIRED) Responsibilities: Provide on-site, telephone, and remote technical support in various locations across the state to address any equipment failures.
