If you are passionate about **paid media**, enjoy experimenting with new ideas, and are looking for an environment where you can grow professionally, this role may be ideal for you. **Responsibilities** * Create, manage, and optimize campaigns on **Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads**. * Develop **performance, consideration**, and **awareness** strategies. * Execute campaigns focused on **lead generation** and **brand positioning**. * Monitor campaigns daily to adjust audiences, creatives, messaging, and budgets. * Maintain a consistent brand image and communication across all digital channels. * Prepare monthly reports with clear analysis and actionable improvement recommendations. * Create engaging, brand-aligned content. **Requirements** * Minimum **1 year of experience** in digital marketing. * Proficiency in **Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and GA4**. * Portfolio or verifiable examples of campaigns. * Ability to interpret data and translate insights into concrete actions. * Excellent writing skills and creativity for content creation. * Results-oriented mindset and experience working with **KPIs**.
