**Responsibilities:** * Conduct customer collection management * Follow up on overdue accounts until recovery. * Maintain effective communication with customers and record progress in the system. * Prepare periodic reports on collection activities. * Provide customer service and guidance regarding payment arrangements. **Requirements:** * Residence in Ciudad Guzmán. * Experience in field collections (minimum 1 year). * Good communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. * Availability for fieldwork. * Basic proficiency with technological tools. **We Offer:** * Competitive base salary. * Commissions between **10% and 20%** of amounts recovered. * **Statutory benefits**.
