




**1. Position Objective.** Responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across all social media platforms of the resort and its various areas (restaurants, water park, among others). The main focus is to generate organic traffic, maximize content reach, and strengthen relationships with the digital community. This will be achieved through optimizing algorithm usage, analyzing results, and producing content that encourages interaction and engagement. 1. Social Media Management: · Manage all social media channels: Facebook and Instagram for Las Jaras, Facebook for the water park, Instagram for Madre Mía, Facebook for La Tregua, and TikTok for Las Jaras. · Regularly post organic content and ensure alignment with current platform trends, using tactics to benefit from algorithms. · Respond to messages, comments, and mentions, maintaining consistent and friendly interactions with followers and guests. 2. Content Creation and Curation: · Create engaging and visually impactful content highlighting experiences at Las Jaras (including the thermal garden, restaurants, water park, and special events). · Collaborate with photographers and videographers to obtain high-quality materials that enhance the image of the resort and its activities. · Design TikTok strategies aimed at virality, such as trends, challenges, and "behind-the-scenes" content showcasing unique resort experiences. 3. Content Planning: · Develop a monthly content calendar, coordinating posts across all platforms to maintain consistent presence and leverage peak traffic hours. · Create thematic content for special events, promotions, and launches of new services such as the thermal garden and restaurant. 4. Algorithm Optimization: · Stay updated on algorithm changes on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to ensure content maximizes organic reach. · Monitor key metrics such as engagement, community growth, view rate, conversions, and interactions to optimize strategy. 5. Organic Traffic Generation: · Develop creative strategies to promote organic traffic, including "user-generated content" campaigns and reposting content created by guests. · Produce viral content on TikTok by leveraging current trends and popular challenges, maintaining freshness and relevance across each platform. · Build a community around Las Jaras, encouraging guests to tag and share their experiences on social media. 6. Collaboration and Coordination: · Work closely with the marketing team to integrate digital campaigns with offline promotions and events. · Coordinate with the reservations and customer service teams to ensure prompt and helpful responses to inquiries and messages on social media, improving user experience. 7.
