**Tour Product \& Inventory Intern (Travel Industry)** *Vibe Adventures – Mexico City (Remote/Hybrid)* **About Us** Vibe Adventures is a Mexico City–based travel startup offering cultural and adventure experiences across Mexico and abroad. As we continue expanding our catalog of multi\-day and day tours, we’re looking for support in developing, improving, and maintaining our tour inventory. If you’re passionate about travel and enjoy working with structured information, planning, and analytics, this role may be the right fit for you. **The Role** We are looking for a **Tour Product \& Inventory Intern** (also known as *Tour Manager Intern* or *Travel Product Intern*) to assist in managing our tour catalog. Your work will directly contribute to improving tour performance, pricing accuracy, and overall product quality. This internship is perfect for someone analytical, organized, and curious about how travel products are created and optimized. **What You’ll Do** * Support the creation of new tours, itineraries, and product descriptions. * Update existing tours to ensure accuracy, consistency, and competitiveness. * Assist with pricing structures, cost calculations, and profitability estimates. * Help prepare sales forecasts and performance evaluations for tours. * Maintain and organize tour information across internal systems and booking platforms. * Collaborate with marketing, operations, and reservations teams to improve product performance. **What We’re Looking For** **Personal Skills:** * Strong attention to detail and ability to work with structured information. * Analytical mindset and comfort with numbers. * Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn about tourism and product development. * Responsible, organized, and able to work independently. * Good communication skills and ability to meet deadlines. **Technical Skills:** * English proficiency of 80%\+ (written and spoken). * Solid experience with Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides (especially spreadsheets). * Interest in pricing, market research, or sales projections (experience not required). * Familiarity with tourism, travel products, or travel planning is a plus. **Experience:** Experience is not mandatory.
