About the Role: The HRBP Trainee (Human Resources Business Partner Trainee) role focuses on providing strategic and operational support to the Human Resources function, contributing to talent management, administrative follow-up, and execution of key projects. This position enables development of analytical, communication, and organizational skills while participating in essential processes throughout the employee lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: * Monitor administrative, operational, and planning processes within the Human Resources department. * Support onboarding, offboarding, and internal personnel movements. * Participate in recruitment activities, candidate information collection, and candidate follow-up. * Support specific HR department projects assigned to you. * Develop and update career maps, improvement plans, and Trainee vacancies. * Manage KPIs and reports (Excel and Office tools). * Track training, onboarding, and integration processes. * Provide general support to HR initiatives and address staff inquiries. About You: * Currently enrolled student, minimum 5th semester. * Majoring in Administration, Economics or related field. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. * Availability to work Monday through Friday.
