




Indor Club, a company dedicated to delivering exceptional social services, is seeking: **Customer Experience and Events Leader** The objective is to ensure a memorable experience within the club, serving as the key liaison between visitors and court reservation services as well as event organization, guaranteeing high-quality, personalized, agile, and professional service. **Responsibilities:** * Plan and coordinate promotional events, sales strategies, private or corporate events to increase the club’s daily customer traffic. * Maintain a sports event calendar to promote customer attendance through our entertainment services using the club’s giant screen. * Implement strategies and promotions to increase revenue from court reservations or private events, thereby boosting bar and restaurant consumption and strengthening the padel community. * Coordinate event logistics from initial contact, prepare quotations, manage control desks, decoration, award ceremonies, ensure welcome packages, or any other aspect affecting event operations. * Follow up on customer needs before, during, and after each event. * Conduct post-event service, including payment follow-ups and invoicing. * Coordinate the club’s internal event calendar. * Design and execute the annual marketing strategic plan. * Supervise advertising campaigns, public relations, and media activities. * Coordinate external agencies and suppliers. * Implement and optimize CRM usage. * Identify market opportunities and collaborate in product development. * Lead corporate events and social media strategies. * Supervise the conception, implementation, and execution of marketing campaigns. * Measure results of implemented campaigns. * Responsible for creating advertising briefs, social media content, supplier quotations, and event implementation. * Creation of ads on Meta Business Suite. * Budgeting, organization, and goal tracking. * Planning, execution, and scheduling of social media content (reels, videos, photos). * Responding to and following up on messages, comments, complaints via Facebook, Instagram, Uber Eats, and surveys. * Handling sponsorship requests and support inquiries. * Sending monthly event calendars. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (with focus or experience in marketing or advertising). * Minimum 2 years’ desirable experience in social media, advertising, planning, and sales. * Responsible. * Team-oriented. * Proactive. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent writing ability. * High level of responsibility. * Flexible availability. * Valid driver’s license. * Proficiency in social media management and sales analytics.
