




Administrative Generalist – SOFOM E.N.R. **Salary:** $23,000 to $25,000 per month (negotiable based on experience) We are a growing **SOFOM E.N.R.** and seeking to hire an **Administrative Generalist**, with experience in the financial sector, to provide operational oversight to key departments and ensure proper adherence to processes and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: * Provide administrative oversight to the **credit, portfolio, collections, and control desk** departments. * Review compliance with **internal policies and regulations issued by CNBV, CONDUSEF, and AML/CFT**. * Prepare operational and regulatory reports for senior management. * Support process improvement and standardization of administrative and operational procedures. * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure orderly and efficient operations. Requirements: * Minimum of **3 years’ experience in a SOFOM or similar financial institution**. * Knowledge of **credit operations, portfolio management, and financial regulations**. * Experience in compliance with **AML/CFT, CNBV, and CONDUSEF** requirements. * Completed bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Finance, or related field**.
