




**Position Description** We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support for operational and administrative processes within a financial services company. This role requires precision, organization, document control, and the ability to handle sensitive information to high-quality standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Validate and review pre-approved credit applications (control desk). * Record payments and carry out collection processes in the system (corporate clients, SNTE, deposits). * Review and manage contracts, files, and administrative documentation. * Prepare financial and operational reports based on portfolio data. * Request invoices and closely monitor monthly collections. * Assist with accounting entries and other administrative tasks in the department. **Required Profile** * Education: High school diploma, technical degree, or bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or Finance. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills essential (formulas, pivot tables, database management). * Experience in administrative, credit, collections, control desk, document validation, or related roles. * Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and excellent information management skills. * Residence accessible to the San Pedro area. **Employment Conditions** * Monthly salary: $12,000 – $14,000. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits: 7% savings fund and 30 days’ year-end bonus. * Continuous training, professional development, and job stability.
