




**Nationally recognized company, leader in its field of pest control supplies sales, is seeking:** ***ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT.*** **Responsibilities:** * Reception and organization of documents. * Preparation of payment requests. * Preparation of periodic reports. * Control and tracking of the company’s vehicle insurance policies. * Timely renewal of policies and coordination with insurance providers. * Recording of preventive and corrective maintenance for vehicles. * Scheduling of vehicle inspections. * Monitoring of fuel consumption and usage logs. * Tracking of payments for vehicle registration fees, license plates, and annual renewals. * Preparation of vehicle availability reports. And other related duties. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Administration, Accounting, or related field. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Basic knowledge of administrative management systems or ERP software. * Familiarity with physical and digital filing processes. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative or office positions. * Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines. * Discretion and ability to handle confidential information. * Team-oriented attitude.
