Job Summary: Manage, optimize, and scale digital advertising campaigns to maximize clients’ return on investment (ROI) through advanced use of ad platforms and analytics. Key Highlights: 1. Key Responsibilities: Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns on: Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, PMax) Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) TikTok Ads (where applicable) Define campaign structures, audiences, keywords, bids, and budgets. Implement and validate tracking: Google Tag Manager Google Analytics 4 Pixels and conversion events Monitor and optimize KPIs: CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate Execute A/B tests on ads, audiences, and landing pages. Identify opportunities for scaling and cost reduction. Prepare clear, technical, and actionable reports for clients and management. Coordinate with design, content, and account teams to improve performance. Adhere to internal processes, naming conventions, and Netcommerce standards. Technical Requirements: Proven experience managing digital advertising campaigns. Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads (mandatory). Solid knowledge of: GA4 Google Tag Manager Conversions, events, and attribution Numerical and financial analysis capability. Experience optimizing campaigns with real budgets (not simulations). Key Skills: Analytical and results-oriented thinking. Operational discipline and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize and make data-driven decisions.
