





Community Manager and Marketing Position Objective Design, manage, and execute the educational institution's digital strategy, strengthening its presence on social media and other communication channels. Implement actions that drive student enrollment through engaging content, digital campaigns, and continuous review of internal and external media. Academic Background \- Bachelor's degree in Marketing and/or Graphic Design. \- Desired: courses or certifications in digital marketing, student recruitment, inbound marketing, or social ads. Technical Knowledge and Skills \- Proficiency in platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube. \- Visual content design (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva). \- Growth marketing strategies and student recruitment campaigns. \- Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads (desirable). \- Analysis of key metrics: reach, engagement, leads, conversion, and admissions funnel. \- Web page development. \- Creative writing, storytelling, and sales-oriented copywriting. \- Community management and parent communication via social media. \- Knowledge of photography and photo and video editing. Soft Competencies \- Strategic thinking \- Creativity and innovation \- Clear and empathetic communication \- Organization and planning \- Proactivity \- Analysis and decision-making \- Teamwork with Admissions and Management departments Position Responsibilities \- Create and execute digital communication and advertising strategies focused on student recruitment. \- Generate visual and written content aligned with the school's values. \- Manage the monthly editorial calendar. \- Respond to messages, comments, and information requests from interested parents. \- Coordinate advertising campaigns for enrollment, pre-enrollment, and school events. \- Review and suggest improvements to other recruitment channels: Website, Google Maps and reviews, landing pages, educational portals, WhatsApp Business, local media, and strategic partnerships. \- Monitor educational and digital trends to apply them to the school’s strategy. \- Prepare monthly performance reports and improvement proposals. \- Collaborate with the Admissions department to optimize the process from inquiry to enrollment.
