Our mission is to optimize hiring and training processes using innovative tools, supporting companies across diverse industries to enhance their human capital with cutting-edge technologies. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field * Experience as a Software Developer and at least 2 years leading teams * Strong knowledge of frontend (React) and backend (.NET with C#) programming languages * Knowledge of unit and integration testing * Experience with version control tools * Experience integrating APIs, microservices, and external services * Solid expertise in React, .NET with C# (REST APIs, Microservices, DDD, CQRS, JavaScript, TypeScript, ANSI SQL, and Transact-SQL) **Responsibilities:** * Lead and manage a team of software developers, assigning tasks, delegating responsibilities, and providing guidance and feedback * Participate in the full software development lifecycle—from planning through implementation—adhering to quality and security standards * Perform project sizing for development initiatives * Implement reusable components and maintain frontend architecture * Optimize backend, frontend, and database performance * Develop scalable and secure RESTful APIs and/or microservices * Document code and APIs clearly and concisely. **We Offer:** * Hybrid work model: 3 days onsite at the office (Mexico City) and 2 days remote. * Competitive salary with an attractive bonus and commission structure. * Professional growth opportunities within an innovative company. * Access to continuous training and professional development programs.
