




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage quotations, reservations, and customer follow-up in the hospitality sector, with a focus on consultation and promotion. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of quotations and hotel reservations. 2. Customer consultation and promotion of offers. 3. Collaboration in industry events and trade fairs. **Responsibilities:** * Receive and process quotation requests. * Prepare and send quotations to customers promptly. * Conduct follow-up calls with hotels to ensure service confirmation. * Provide consultation on room types, additional services, and hotel policies. * Maintain ongoing communication with agencies to update them on payment status and request statuses. * Carry out collections and monitor payment deadlines. * Verify and confirm that all reservations are in order and properly documented. * Manage the internal quotation system and generate correct invoice numbers. * Promote offers. * Attend events, trade fairs, and agency trips, including organizational participation as required. **Requirements:** * Writing and spelling proficiency. * Friendly, efficient attitude and strong customer service orientation. * Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, tourism, or equivalent experience. * Experience in collections. * Proficiency in reservation management systems and office software tools. **Skills:** * RESPONSIBLE * ORGANIZED * TEAMWORK * TOLERANCE * VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION * ATTENTION TO DETAIL * LEADERSHIP **Attitudes:** * PROACTIVITY * CONFIDENTIALITY * CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTATION * PROBLEM-SOLVING UNDER PRESSURE. **Work Schedule:** **Shift Options** * Monday to Friday * 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM * 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM * Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Position based on commission structure.
