To maintain healthy KPIs such as performance, OEE, POEE, and scrap. Commissioning and debugging of new transfer and assembly equipment. Support for upgrades and modernizations. With a presence in over 40 countries, Molex offers a full range of connectivity products, services, and solutions for the data communications, medical, industrial, automotive, and consumer electronics industries. **What You’ll Do** * Support for electrical, electronic, and control tasks. * Support for obsolescence mitigation and retrofit improvements. * Operational support to maintain key indicators at healthy levels for critical electronic and control adjustments such as: robots, vision systems, drives, PLCs, servo motors, laser marking systems, etc. * Shift rotation as part of our 24/7 operational support strategy. * Weekend debugging and activation of new production lines (as required) under assigned tasks from the Controls Engineer when operational support is not needed. * Provide support to the Controls Engineer in wiring, parameterization, and tuning during the launch of new projects or production lines. * Contribute to meeting requirements of the PBM philosophy. * Follow EHS standards to achieve the goal of zero accidents and incidents. * Provide feedback to the maintenance team to assist with spare parts inventory for control components. **Who You Are** * Intermediate PLC programming (Omron, Beckhoff/Twincat). * Intermediate knowledge (preferred) of HMI screen programming/design (Proface, Monitouch). * Intermediate/advanced configuration/installation of sensors (fiber optics, optical sensors, magnetic sensors, etc.). * Intermediate analysis and interpretation of electronic schematics. * Basic electronic schematic design. * Intermediate knowledge of servo drives and servo motors, including software for program backup and restoration. * Intermediate knowledge (preferred) of Keyence and Domino laser marker programming. * Experience operating Yaskawa and Epson robots. **What Would Give You an Edge** * Laser marker programming At Koch, we are entrepreneurs.
