




Top Locators is seeking a friendly, organized, and people\-oriented **Client Onboarding Specialist** to support our growing real estate team. This role focuses on welcoming new clients, gathering information, and ensuring a smooth start to their home\-search experience. **Responsibilities** * Welcome new clients through scheduled online meetings. * Guide renters through a simple onboarding process. * Communicate professionally through text, email, and CRM. * Confirm key details such as move dates, budgets, and preferred locations. * Maintain accurate notes and support internal teams with client updates. * Provide warm, consistent customer service throughout the onboarding phase. **Qualifications** * Bilingual: English \& Spanish (spoken and written). * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Reliable internet connection and laptop. * Organized, detail\-oriented, and able to follow processes. * Full\-time availability during standard CST business hours. * Experience in real estate, customer service, or property management is helpful (not required). **What We Offer** * Stable, full\-time opportunity with long\-term growth potential. * Supportive team environment with ongoing training. * Compensation and additional incentives are discussed during the interview process.
