Job Objective Identify opportunities that add value to the business, evaluate continuous improvement initiatives (cost-benefit analysis), and manage strategic projects to optimize processes in production and administrative areas. Key Responsibilities * Identify improvement opportunities based on metrics, KPIs, and internal audits. * Manage projects of varying complexity in production and administrative processes. * Implement **Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, SMED, FMEA, and 8D** methodologies and quality tools. * Perform data analysis and generate reports in **Power BI** to support decision-making. * Coordinate training sessions on continuous improvement topics. * Track action plans and internal audits. Requirements * Education: **Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field**. * Minimum experience: **5 years** in continuous improvement, project management, or process engineering. * Knowledge of: * **Power BI, SQL, ERP (SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics), WMS** * Process mapping, performance indicators, supply chain. * Language: **Intermediate-to-advanced English**. * Preferred age: **28 years and older**. * Experience in agro-industrial, logistics, or marketing sectors (preferred).
