Our offer includes: * **Compensation:** MXN $13,000 net monthly. Direct employment contract and statutory benefits, plus enhanced benefits (e.g., life insurance). * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, with three shift options: 7:00 AM–4:30 PM, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM, or 9:00 AM–6:30 PM. * **Work location:** Polanco neighborhood, Miguel Hidalgo borough—four blocks from Polanco metro station. **What we’re looking for** * Minimum 2 years’ experience as: Accounting Analyst, Accounting Assistant, Payroll Specialist, or Payroll Assistant. * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration (graduated or final-year student). * 1–2 years’ experience administering payroll for 250–300 employees, including incident receipt, tracking, and review; payroll reconciliation (income tax/ISR, IMSS contributions, INFONAVIT contributions); calculation and preparation of: ISN, FONACOT loans, IMSS variability, bonuses, occupational risk assessments, vacation accruals, disability leave, etc. * 1–2 years’ experience handling payroll settlements and severance payments, year-end bonuses (aguinaldo), profit-sharing (PTU), and loan calculations (INFONAVIT, FOVISSSTE, FONACOT). * 1–2 years’ experience conducting tax reconciliations: tax determination and filing, employer–employee contribution declarations.
