Four blocks from Polanco metro station. **What we’re looking for?** * Minimum 2 years’ experience as: Accounting Analyst, Accounting Assistant, Payroll Specialist, or Payroll Assistant. * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Administration (graduated or near graduation). * 1–2 years’ experience managing payroll for 250–300 employees, including incident receipt, tracking, and review; payroll review (ISR, IMSS contributions, Infonavit deductions); calculation and preparation of ISN, Fonacot, IMSS variability, bonus calculations, occupational risk, vacation accruals, disability leave, etc. * 1–2 years’ experience handling payroll settlements and final settlements (finiquitos), year-end bonuses (aguinaldo), Profit Sharing (PTU), and credit calculations (Infonavit, Fovissste, Fonacot). * 1–2 years’ experience conducting tax reconciliations: tax determination and filing, and employer-employee contribution reporting.
