Four blocks from Polanco Metro Station. **What We’re Looking For** * Minimum 2 years’ experience as: Accounting Analyst, Accounting Assistant, Payroll Specialist, or Payroll Assistant. * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration (graduated or final-year student). * 1–2 years’ experience managing payroll for 250–300 employees, including receipt, tracking, and review of payroll incidents; payroll reconciliation (Income Tax [ISR], IMSS contributions, INFONAVIT deductions); calculation and preparation of ISN, FONACOT, IMSS variability, bonuses, occupational risk, vacation accruals, disability leave, etc. * 1–2 years’ experience in payroll settlements and severance payments, Christmas bonus (aguinaldo), Profit Sharing (PTU), and credit calculations (INFONAVIT, FOVISSSTE, FONACOT). * 1–2 years’ experience in tax reconciliations: tax determination and filing, and employer–employee contribution declarations.
