appropriate resource allocation and effective coordination of on-shift personnel, ensuring product output within specifications for quantity, quality, and cost, while promoting a harmonious and safe working environment.\n\n\n**Main Responsibilities**\n---------------------------------\n\n\n* Understand and comply with the Integrated Management System Policy, as well as meet CEMEX objectives (Quality, Environment, Safety, and Health).\n* Promote CEMEX's Mission, Vision, and Values and engage staff through personal example.\n* Ensure training for personnel under your supervision, facilitating access to information and training programs, and verifying their completion.\n* Ensure the physical integrity of both direct and indirect personnel under your supervision, as well as facility safety, while respectfully managing environmental resources and neighboring communities.\n* Supervise field shift activities: equipment inspections, safety, housekeeping, special operations, machine startups, and shutdowns.\n* Coordinate activities to resolve breakdowns or incidents and prepare reports on operational conditions, production levels, and existing inventories.\n* Make timely decisions: assuming, delegating, or consulting responsibilities with either the duty supervisor or any other appropriate individual.\n* Analyze main equipment parameters at the control panel (COP), correlate them with field observations, and ensure continuous, stable, and safe equipment operation.\n* Effectively hand over and receive shifts, reporting equipment operating conditions (kilns, mills, etc.) and product quality.\n* Diagnose plant facilities and processes using instrumentation, analytical data, and visual inspection, making necessary adjustments.\n* Understand the customer impact of defective products to promptly correct process deviations.\n* Prioritize field and maintenance team activities to anticipate or respond to process failures or malfunctions.\n* Verify that equipment startup conditions are safe and maintain stable operation without exceeding equipment capacity.\n* Know the field location of equipment, material flows, local control stations, and emergency stop points.\n* Maintain clear communication among all interconnected personnel via radio systems (internal communication) to prevent misinterpretation.\n* Strictly follow safety regulations for machine startup and shutdown, ensuring prior to startup that the machine is available, no personnel are working on it, and maintenance has confirmed availability if the machine was previously shut down for maintenance.\n* Initiate emergency shutdown whenever uncertainty arises that could pose a risk to personnel or equipment, especially if normal shutdown procedures cannot be applied.\n* Strive
