Seeking a **proactive professional with strong technical skills and a continuous improvement mindset**, to contribute to the development and optimization of our control systems and manufacturing processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Program, modify, and update **Unitronics PLCs**, design **HMI interfaces**, and structure subroutines. * Implement and tune **PID loops**, variables, timers, and analog/digital control. * Develop new control routines and sequences for specific projects. * Configure **PLC-PC communication** via **Modbus RTU/TCP**. * Program and integrate **LabVIEW applications** for data acquisition and control. * Interpret and modify **electrical diagrams** of control systems. * Program and operate **CNC routers** for acrylic sheet cutting (new programs and toolpaths). **Secondary Responsibilities** * Support in **equipment assembly and manufacturing**. * Inspect materials and components prior to assembly. * Provide **internal technical support and maintenance**. * Document and maintain up-to-date **programs, schematics, and technical procedures**. **Candidate Profile** **Education:** Degree in Mechatronic Engineering (preferred) or related field. **Experience:** * Recent graduate with solid technical knowledge and willingness to undergo training, OR * Early-career professional with experience in **PLC programming** and/or **CNC operation**. **Required Knowledge** * **Unitronics PLC programming** * Design of **program structures, subroutines, and HMI interfaces** * **Modbus RTU/TCP communication** * **LabVIEW programming** for system integration * **CNC router programming** and **CAD/CAM software** proficiency * Ability to interpret **electrical diagrams**, plus foundational knowledge in **electronics, pneumatics, and industrial automation** **Personal Competencies** * Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability * Responsibility and attention to detail * Teamwork and effective technical communication * Commitment to continuous learning and ongoing improvement **Offered Benefits:** * Monthly net salary: $15,000.00 * Monthly productivity bonus: $3,000.00 * Statutory benefits (15-day Christmas bonus / 25% vacation premium / statutory vacation days) * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Desired Education Level:** Higher education — degree holder **Desired Experience Level:** Mid-level **Departmental Function:** Technology / Internet **Industry:** Manufacturing, Consumer Goods *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j_id=6941e5922400003900ff183a&source=indeed*
