*This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board.* ### **Job Opening at Corporativo ASOSA in Tultitlán, State of Mexico** A leading metal-mechanical company Seeking Lathe Operator / Job ID 5188 Work location: Tultitlán / Por la Bandera Education: Minimum completed secondary school; technical degrees in Machinery and Tools preferred Experience: 2–5 years in this role, performing the following duties: **Candidates must pass a practical skills test.** * Perform operational tasks according to work orders and customer requirements. * Carry out daily tasks assigned by the workshop supervisor. * Weld, align, and balance components per instructions; clean lathe equipment. * Produce contract-manufactured parts per instructions. * Strictly follow all given instructions. * Shut down machinery upon completion of work shifts. * Receive work orders. * Supervise the general assistant’s work. * Report machine performance issues to the workshop supervisor. * Request supplies from warehouse. * Comply with established procedures. * Report quality-affecting issues to the workshop supervisor. * Interpret blueprints and drawings; monitor proper lathe operation. * Equipment: Lathe, cutting machine, drill press, milling machine, grinding wheel, caliper, welding equipment, belt sander, gloves, safety boots * Machinery relevant to the business (lathe, welding machine, balancing machine, etc.) * Knowledge of power transmission components * Welding * Operate machinery and tools * Working at heights * Fabricating ropes, using dividing plates, making keys, operating bench planers.
