As a result, we deliver high-quality final products and customer-centric services. **BATCHER** **Primary job objective:** Operate the concrete batching plant to prepare ready-mix concrete according to specified formulas and technical requirements, ensuring quality and on-time delivery. **Requirements** * 3 years of experience in concrete or block plant batching * High school diploma or incomplete university degree * Proficiency in Excel * Age: 30–50 years * Gender: Unrestricted * Ability to work effectively in a team * Responsible, honest, and punctual **Job Responsibilities** * Operate the plant control panel to batch cement, water, aggregates (sand/gravel), and admixtures per the mixture design.
