You will ensure all payroll calculations are accurately recorded and compliant with current labor legislation. **Key Responsibilities** * Ensure compliance with internal policies and corporate procedures in all processes related to payroll payments and tax calculations. * Prepare accurate and timely calculation of salaries, wages, bonuses, commissions, overtime, deductions, disabilities, vacations, severance pay, and settlements, in accordance with current regulations. * Coordinate the issuance, digital stamping (timbrado), and reconciliation of payroll CFDIs, ensuring their proper validation with the SAT. * Prepare calculations for taxes and employer/employee contributions (ISR, ISN, IMSS, INFONAVIT, Fonacot, among others), meeting established fiscal calendars. * Prepare for and support internal and external audits (SAT, IMSS, external auditors). * Assist the T\&C department with the calculation and distribution of the biweekly service charge. * Provide support and clarification to team members regarding their payments, deductions, or payroll benefits. * Record and reconcile total payroll expenses for the period, ensuring accuracy and traceability for financial reporting. **Requirements*** Minimum Education: High school diploma – General Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. * Previous experience as a payroll analyst or payroll assistant. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel, accounting software, and Abhril. * Confidentiality, ethics, and responsibility. * Effective communication, analytical, and mathematical skills. * Minimum 2 years of experience (preferred). * Experience in hospitality industry. * Intermediate English, preferred. **Additional Information** Auberge Collection is a portfolio of exceptional hotels, resorts, residences, and private clubs.
