At NORMEX, we are seeking a **Lead Auditor** with proven experience in **third-party audits** and mastery of key international standards. Your role will be to ensure that each audit is conducted objectively, impartially, and in strict compliance with internal certification procedures. **What will you do?** * Lead audits in accordance with institutional certification and audit procedures. * Plan and conduct Stage 1 and Stage 2 audits, ensuring quality, consistency, and objective evidence. * Identify findings, issue clear reports, and provide technical follow-up on nonconformities. * Coordinate the audit team and ensure accurate interpretation of regulatory requirements. * Maintain independence and avoid conflicts of interest per the Auditor Regulations. **What we’re looking for in you** * **3 years of experience** conducting third-party audits within a Certification Body. * Solid competence in: * **ISO 19011** * **ISO 9001** * **ISO 14001** * **ISO 45001** * Knowledge of the certification process: application, planning, execution, maintenance, and renewal. * Technical decision-making, clear communication, and professional client management. * Professional education in engineering or related field. * Willingness and ability to travel.
