





**About the Role** We’re looking for a highly creative, data\-driven **Lifecycle Marketing Copywriter** to fully own our email and SMS messaging strategy on Klaviyo. This role blends storytelling with performance: you’ll create and optimize the content behind campaigns, flows, launches, and retention initiatives, ensuring every message inspires engagement and drives revenue. You will manage the full lifecycle communication process—from concept to copy to performance optimization—while maintaining a consistent brand voice that’s fun, confident, and aligned with our mission of making beautiful jewelry accessible to everyone. The ideal candidate is obsessed with customer psychology, understands e\-commerce performance metrics, and can turn insights into compelling, high\-impact messages. **ResponsibilitiesCopy \+ Email \& SMS Strategy \+ Execution** * Own the end\-to\-end email \+ SMS strategy and copy within Klaviyo. * Write high\-performing copy for all lifecycle flows and platforms: social media posts, ad copies, welcome series, post\-purchase, winback, cart abandonment, loyalty, product launches, and reactivation. * Create subject lines, CTAs, hooks, and value props designed to optimize open rates, click\-through, and revenue. * Collaborate with design to bring each message to life with strong visual direction and consistent branding. **Campaign Support** * Write weekly/email campaign copy, SMS sends, and event\-driven communications (holidays, themed drops, collaborations). * Develop creative messaging concepts for monthly and quarterly marketing themes. * Support landing pages, paid ads, and product descriptions as needed. **Brand Voice \& Creative Storytelling** * Maintain and evolve a consistent brand tone across lifecycle channels. * Transform product features, trends, and promotions into emotional, Gen Z–friendly narratives. * Elevate messaging to support our position as accessible, timeless, and stylish jewelry with a lifetime guarantee. **Performance Optimization** * A/B test subject lines, CTAs, formats, and messaging regularly. * Use performance data (CTR, CVR, revenue per message, unsubscribe rates) to optimize flows and campaigns. * Identify opportunities to refine the lifecycle journey and increase incremental revenue. **Requirements** * At least 3 years of copywriting experience in e\-commerce, DTC, or consumer brands. * Demonstrated experience writing email and/or SMS copy (Klaviyo strongly preferred). * Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, retention, and customer journey strategy. * Ability to write clear, concise, high\-converting copy for Gen Z and millennial audiences. * Comfortable working with performance metrics, creative testing, and iterative optimization. * Portfolio with lifecycle email/SMS examples required. **Nice\-to\-Haves** * Experience in jewelry, beauty, or fashion. * Experience writing for paid ads, landing pages, or UGC/creator scripts. * Understanding of segmentation, deliverability, and CRM best practices. **KPIs for This Role** * Email/SMS revenue contribution * CTR, CVR, open rate improvements * Flow performance and incremental automation revenue * AOV uplift from lifecycle channels * Reduction in churn and unsubscribe rates * Testing velocity and actionable insights Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $36,500\.00 per month Work Location: Remote
